Roasted Strawberry Brioche Buns

STEP 1:

Gather all ingredients for the brioche dough

STEP 2:

Let the yeast bloom and knead the dough.

STEP 3:

Gather ingredients for the roasted strawberry puree.

STEP 4:

Prepare roasted strawberry puree

STEP 5:

Gather ingredients for the vanilla pastry cream.

Prepare pastry cream and with roasted strawberry puree. 

STEP 6:

STEP 7:

Roll the dough into even sized balls and allow to proof until doubled in size.

STEP 8:

Make a small cavity using the back of a bowl or glass.

STEP 9:

Fill with pastry cream.

STEP 10:

Bake until golden brown.

STEP 11:

Top with strawberry jam and fresh strawberries. Enjoy!
